Understanding and facts are separated. The AI works out what the customer wants; price, stock and availability come from your product database before the reply is sent. The bot cannot claim something is out of stock when it is not, and it cannot invent a product you do not sell.
When the customer confirms, the same conversation collects product, quantity, name, phone and delivery address, calculates the COD total with delivery charge and prepares a courier-ready order.
