The terms for using the TwingBot AI chatbot, social media automation, ecommerce order management, courier workflows and billing services. The full text is on this page; the sections below reproduce its main clauses.
Authorized use
Use TwingBot only for channels, accounts and customer data you are authorized to manage.
Workspace responsibility
You are responsible for messages, AI rules, product data, stock, delivery charges, courier submissions and customer-facing automation sent from your workspace.
Credits, violations and refunds
If a user buys credits or subscriptions and then violates TwingBot rules, platform policies, connected-provider rules, anti-spam rules, data misuse rules or any law, TwingBot may suspend or restrict the account. If an account is suspended or restricted for violation, unused credits, paid credits, subscription payments or other payments will not be refunded.
Referral rewards
Referral rewards are credit-based benefits with their own eligibility rules:
The referred user must sign up through your referral link: Your referral link is twingbot.com/sign-up?ref=YOURCODE, and your code is shown in your dashboard. If somebody signs up without opening your link, the referral cannot be attached afterwards.
The referred user can claim the active signup offer: While the first-time signup offer is running, a referred user claims it during signup like anyone else -- currently 100 free credits and 7 free trial days.
First approved subscription pays both sides: On the referred user's first approved subscription, the referred user receives 50 referral credits and the referrer receives 100 credits. Nothing is paid at signup alone -- the reward is tied to a real approved subscription.
After that, 2% monthly rewards for the referrer: Once the first subscription is approved, a monthly 2% referral reward becomes available to the referrer -- but only for months in which both the referrer and the referred user are referral-active.
Referral-active status depends on ongoing monthly subscriptions: Referral-active means the monthly subscription keeps being purchased. Miss one or two monthly cycles and referral rewards go inactive until eligibility is rebuilt through consecutive monthly subscriptions.
Three missed cycles locks the rewards: Missing three consecutive monthly cycles may lock referral rewards as totally inactive. After that, only the service owner can manually reactivate referral eligibility.
Abuse voids referral rewards: TwingBot may review, adjust, pause or cancel referral rewards for misuse, fraud, duplicate accounts, policy abuse or payment reversals.
Changes to terms
TwingBot authority may change, update, add, remove or modify these rules at any time. If any Terms and Conditions are changed, TwingBot will notify users through the platform or another official communication channel.
